Therapy at HopeSent is collaborative and thoughtfully paced. Sessions are shaped around your experiences, needs, and hopes, with attention to care, clarity, and connection. The work is relational rather than directive, allowing space for reflection and understanding to unfold over time.
-
HopeSent is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance. However, Super Bills can be provided for insurance reimbursement.
Sessions are $200 . A sliding scale is available. Feel free to connect if you have any more questions.
-
The first session is a time to begin getting to know one another and to understand what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your hopes for therapy, relevant background, and what support might look like moving forward. There is no pressure to share more than you feel ready to.
-
Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Longer sessions may be available for couples or family work when clinically appropriate.
-
Most clients meet weekly, especially when beginning therapy. Over time, session frequency may shift based on your needs, goals, and availability, and is always discussed collaboratively.
-
HopeSent currently offers therapy via secure telehealth. This allows for flexibility while maintaining a consistent and confidential therapeutic space.
-
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed without notice are subject to the full session fee. Consistent attendance is an important part of the therapeutic process.

HopeSent is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance directly. Upon request, a superbill may be provided for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance provider.
The American Psychological Association (APA) has a helpful article on how to contact your insurance providers to learn about their coverage.

It’s common to feel unsure before starting therapy. If you’re considering reaching out, that curiosity itself may be a meaningful place to begin. You’re welcome to contact HopeSent to explore whether this space feels like a good fit.
